Fees

1. What is the cost of rental?

First 30 minutes is free. SGD$1 for first 2 hours, SGD$1 for every hour thereafter. SGD$8 max per day. If you keep the power bank more than 5 days, without returning it to the station, it’s yours! You will be charged SGD$40. (Duration is rounded to the nearest hour. 1 day rent is 24 hours from the time the rental started. Some venues might offer some free hours or discount. )

2.What are the payment methods for the powerbank rental?

Payments are made digitally. To make a payment, it is sufficient to define your credit card in the system once and the payment is made after the rental process is completed. Your credit card information is not kept on a server owned by Brezze. Grab e-wallet and PayNow are also available in Brezze. 

Operation

1. Where can I use Brezze services?

Currently in Singapore only.

2. How long does it take to charge my phone?

Thanks to the energy efficiency of the environmentally friendly lithium-ion battery inside, Brezze brings your phone’s battery charge up to 50% in 20 minutes; this time may vary depending on phone model and battery health.

Rental

1. How do I rent the power bank?

Scan the QR Code on the Brezze Station to unlock the power bank. Remove power bank from dock and enjoy the power bank on the go.

2. How do I return the power bank?

Simply proceed to any Brezze Station and insert into the charging slot. Billing will end and you will receive a receipt.

Refund

1. How can I get my deposit refund?

Firstly, please ensure that you have no running order or unpaid order. Secondly Go to “Wallet page” , press “refund ” button and submit. Refund will be returned to the same bank account that you use to top up.

2. How long can I get my deposit refund back?

In the case of a reversal you won’t see a refund credit on the statement, you will just see the original authorisation drop off your statement entirely after a few days.  There will be no payment , and no refund. It’ll appear as if the whole transaction never happened. Your bank should be able to confirm this for you. Depending on your card issuer, the original charge will disappear from your pending charges 7 working days later.

Mobile APP

1. Why am I unable to receive the verification code

This could be due to poor network coverage or server timeout. Move to a different location to request for a new verification code.

2. “User already exists” during registration.

Each phone number can only be linked to one ID. Please check that your phone number was not used to register another ID.

3. How to I change my brezze account to my new mobile number?

You can change your mobile number in your ‘Profile’>Change phone number. Your balance, records and other information will be transferred to your new account.

Account deletion

1. Am I able to recover my account after submitting cancellation request on App?

Once your account is deleted, your personal data will be removed and you will no longer be able to use your account. Please make sure that all transactions have been closed and no disputes. Please proceed with caution. 

Report

1. How do I report a fault?

Click the icon on the bottom right of the screen to report to the customer service any issues involving the use of the power bank. Thank you for helping us maintain a better user experience.

2. I have returned the power bank, but I am still being charged. What should I do?

If you return the powerbank to the Brezze station and the light next to the slot where you placed the powerbank is on, if the charge continues, click the Customer sevice icon on the application running order page and fill in slot number with attached image of the Brezze station.  The order will be autometitally end. 

Power bank purchase

1.What shoud I do if I returned a purchased power bank to Brezze station?

Once you have purchased a power bank, it cannot be returned to the station. But if you have returned it, simply wait for five seconds near the station, and it will dispense your power bank. If the station fails to eject your power bank, please contact our support team for assistance.

Swapping

1. How to swap a power bank?

Firstly, please use Brezze App scan an availabe Brezze station and pay for $1 swapping fee. Secondly return your purchased power bank to the station. Once station reads the power bank, it will autometically dispens another fully charged power bank for you. Take it and enjoy charging.
